IF YOU REQUEST A COMMERCIAL COMMISSION:
In order to use a commercial commission, the commerical rights must be purchased.- FOR NEW COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS you will be granted with an exclusive commercial license. The 100% of the price must be added to the commission initial total amount.(Ex: a Waist Up character inked and simply cell shaded:35€ + 1 additional character 10€ + optional background:15€ = 60€ + 100% of the total amount = 120€)- FOR ALREADY EXISTING ARTWORKS YOU'D LIKE TO PURCHASE you will be granted a non-exclusive commercial license only during a year. The 50% of the full price must be added to the initial total amount.(Ex: an already existing piece containing a Waist Up character inked and simply cell shaded:35€ + 1 additional character:10€ + optional background:15€ = 60€ + 50% of the toal amount =90€)

What I don’t draw: realistic portraits, monsters, NSFW, SFW, furries, smut, mecha, anything I’m not comfortable with.. . .
- I won't accept more than 6 characters to draw in a single illustration or for a single project.
- I have the right to refuse your commissions if I am not comfortable with it or if I think I am not able to do a good job.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY:

If your request has a deadline, please, ask for it 1-2 months earlier! If not, i could be not able to finish it in time! Thank you!

The time it takes to finish your commission may vary 1 week - 1,5 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, unforeseen events.

In your email, specify if you want a waist up, full body etc. and the type of art style you prefer. Specifiy all the necessary details, especially physical description, poses, expressions, clothes you want the characters wear, composition etc. If you have reference pictures feel free to send them! I will appreciate as much details as you are willing to provide! (this applies to OCs and characters of fanarts.) However, I won't use nor accept reference pictures (especially for OCs' faces) done with AI.

If I accept it, i will start working on it and i will send you a rough sketch in order to have your approval or not. At this stage, you can ask for any type of changes!
However, if I do not receive any reply (be it positive or negative) from you after a week, I'll consider your commission canceled.

If the sketch is approved, i will wait you to pay the FULL payment though Paypal to me. I'll write you all the info through email.

When i notice the payment, i will complete the work and i will keep you updated about progress through email.REVISIONS:
After sketch approvement, only minor changes are doable at this stage of the work. No drastical changes of the anatomy, pose or outfit.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and will be based on an hourly wage.
If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:I, EMSDRAWSTHINGS:
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, as well as in my Social Media galleries.YOU (the customer/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless you purchase the commercial rights.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- The commercial rights to the image can be purchased.THANK YOU!
